Username: Kohler clock number (i.e. KOxxxxx)
Password: First initial of your first name (lower case) + 2-digit birth month + first five digits of SSN

Important: Use the first letter of your legal first name on record with Kohler (not your preferred name).

Example: The password for John Sample born January 15, 1970 with SSN 755-92-xxxx is j0175592.

You will be asked to change your password and answer security questions after your initial login.

Networked Associates: Did you know you can bypass login by accessing through Kohler myHR? Once logged into myHR, simply look for 'Benefits' under the HR Quick Links.

Note: If you are using a shared computer or a computer in a public place, like a Kohler kiosk or library, be sure you close all browser windows and tabs and log out when you are done. This will keep your information secure.

Attention Kohler Energy Associates:

As of May 1, 2024, your benefits website has changed to MyEnergyBenefits.bswift.com. Please go to this new web address and login to view your Energy benefits information, declare a life event, complete an enrollment, and more.
